Peel and trim the green beans. Let them boil in lightly salted boiling water for about 8 minutes, till they become slightly al dente.
Drain and cool them immediately in cold running water to stop the cooking process and fix the colour. Drain again and set aside.
Peel the garlic cloves and cook in boiling water for a few minutes, change the water and repeat 6 times, always changing the water. In this way, the garlic will lose much of its strong flavour and will be delicate and pleasant.
Put the garlic in a blender along with the crème cuisine. Add salt and black pepper to taste and blend until frothy.
Place the cream in a pan and turn the heat to low heat until they begin to boil. Add the green beans and stir for a few minutes to flavour everything well. Divide the green beans in dishes and add the remaining cream into the pan.
Serve hot or warm.
